Ingredients:
1 desert spoon margarine
1 1/2 spoons of oil
small onion sliced
Potato’s as desired
Method:
- Prepare and boil potato’s for 10 minutes
- Brown the onion with margarine and oil till slightly brown.
- Add the potato’s, make sure they are not too dry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and cook in oven for 1/2 an hour. Turn the potato’s over and season again and cook for another 1/2 an hour.
