Corn Quiche

Ingredients:
1 can of Corn. sieved
1 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup of oil
3 Tblsp self raising flour / Gluten free flour
salt, pepper
Grated hard cheese

Method:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and put into a flan dish.
Add grated cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it browns.

Gluten free bread

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 1/4 cup of water
2 cups gluten free flour
1/2 cup potato flour
1/2 cup tafioke flour
1/3 cup soy flour
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder for improvements
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 tablespoon yeast

Method:

  1. Add according to the above order into the bread oven for being mixed (or mix by hand).
  2. Move to a baking tin and bake in the oven for 37 minutes
