Ingredients:
6 eggs separated
Lemon peel
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 cup of gluten free flour
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon conyak
Method:
- Mix the whites with the sugar till fluffy
- Mix in the mixer the rest of the ingredients then add gradually the mixture to the white mixture.
- Move to a baking tin and bake on 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
