Corn Quiche

Ingredients:
1 can of Corn. sieved
1 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup of oil
3 Tblsp self raising flour / Gluten free flour
salt, pepper
Grated hard cheese

Method:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and put into a flan dish.
Add grated cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it browns.

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Rosemary
Olive oil
Goose fat or any other fat available
Salt

Method:
Cut up potatoes into quarters.
Boil them for 5 minutes.
Place in tray laced in olive oil
Sprinkle the fat, rosemary and salt on top.
Place in ready heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Turn the potatoes over and cook for another 30 minutes.

Broccoli Quiche #2

Ingredients:

500 grams of defrosted broccoli.
1 onion finely sliced and fried
Cottage cheese
Cream cheese / Yogurt
3 eggs
100 grams bulgarian cheese
1 tablespoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teadpoon salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Separate the broccoli into flowers.
  3. Boil up some water with a pinch of salt in a big pan, add the broccoli and bring to a boil again. Leave for 5 minutes and then let cool
  4. Mix in a big bowel all the ingredients including the onion and then add the broccoli.
  5. Put the mixture in a baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Parmezan cheeze can be sprinkled on top.

Tuna Quiche #3

Ingredients:

2 small cans of Tuna
4 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small chopped onion fried
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a greased casserole.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.

Tuna Quiche #2

Ingredients:

3 small cans of Tuna
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of flour
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small chopped onion fried
A few slices of fried red pepper
Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a greased casserole.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes.

Sweet potato Quiche

Ingredients:

2-4 sweet potato’s
2 tablespoons potato flour
2 eggs
Cream
2 tablespoons fried onion
200 grams margerine
Pinch of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Bake the sweek potato’s in the microwave for 12 minutes. Let them cool and put in a dish
  2. Mix all together and bake till brown.

Chremsales

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 level teaspoon salt
2/3 cup warm water
3/4 cup matzo meal
1 level tablespoon sugar

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs and add the salt and 2 tablespoons of the water and mix till it’s thick.
  2. Gradually add the meal, the sugar and enough additional water to make a thick batter that just drops from the spoon.
  3. Fry in oil until golden and puffy on both sides.

Tuna latkes

Ingredients:

3 cans tuna
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1  yellow or red pepper cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 big egg
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Add baking paper to a baking tin and grease it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Make thin latkes and place them in the baking tin. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are brown.

Light Quiche

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 medium potato’s
Pinch of parsley
Salt and pepper
Pinch of soup powder
1 can of chopped mushrooms

Method:

  1. Cook the potato’s until they are soft enough to be well mashed.
  2. Add salt, pepper and soup powder.
  3. Add the mushrooms and the eggs and mix.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Cook on a low light for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn it over and cook for another 5 minutes on a high light.

Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:

400 grams of defrosted broccoli.
Some bread crumbs
6 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 packet of baking powder
A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise and the baking powder in a medium bowl.
  3. Grease a baking tin, sprinkle in the bread crumbs, separate the broccoli and lay them in the tin.
  4. Pour the eggs mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes.
